This workshop will discuss what mindfulness is, the differences between living a mindful life and meditation practice, challenges with starting a formal practice, challenges with practicing mindfulness, types of mindfulness practices and giving practical tips on incorporating mindfulness into everyday life.

This workshop is an introduction to mindfulness. It is recommended for those who are new to mindfulness, meditation and mindful living and aimed to lay a foundation of knowledge before scheduling the other experiential workshops offered. It is also a great workshop for large groups/speaking engagements.
